If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made without reasonable notice may result in a non refundable deposit or session fee, depending on the circumstances. (See our Cancellation Policy on our booking form).

Portraits by Jase may update services, pricing or offerings at any time. These changes will apply to future bookings and will be reflected on the website. If a change affects an already scheduled session, you will be contacted directly.
6.) Copyright and Intellectual Property
All images, graphics, videos, logos, written content, and designs on this website belong to Portraits by Jase. You may not copy, edit, screenshot, or redistribute any contact without written permission.
Clients receive personal use rights for delivered photographs. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.
7.) Client Photo Usage
Portraits by Jase will never share client images without written permission. A photo release form may be offered at the time of your session. You may decline the release, and your images will remain private.
